Everyone in the branch was super friendly and professional and greeted me as I came into the office on Wed. I went to pick up a tour book for Charleston, SC. Ryan Gabriel assisted me and informed me that they no longer supply the tour books however, he did go into the back to check and see if there was a chance there were any left. He gave me a map and a QR code sheet for all the tour books. He also mentioned the security system special they were running and he did follow-up with me on Thursday. I declined and then reconsidered and reached out on Friday. I really appreciate Ryan's attention to care of customers. I only wish that the tour books were still available for us old fashioned folks who like to hold a book in their hands.

We are tourists in your fine country, in need of road maps. We were repeatedly told AAA give them to members and sell them to tourists - FB was alight with praise. So we popped in to the branch on our way through. "Our supervisor told us not to sell them anymore". We weren't after freebies (though the online praise in advertising would be enough) but they refused to sell us any. No sorry. No options. Arrogant and rude. Yes, I will be telling everyone I know not to bother with AAA. If you want a warm USA welcome, go elsewhere...

This was my first visit. The gentlemen that assisted me couldn't have done any more than he did; from opening the front door, to working the kiosk and even putting my tags on. The whole encounter took less than 10 minutes. I'm certainly pleased that I learned about this spot, saving all kinds of time.

Got my passport photo & international driving permit here, in and out in 15 mins! The staff is very friendly and efficient.

Needed to get a international drivers permit fast! Was able to get it same day within about 20 minutes. 20 for pictures and 20 for the permit. Discount available if you are a AAA member.

I needed an international drivers permit for some upcoming travel, so I downloaded the application from the AAA website and headed into the AAA Summerlin branch for the first time. I literally walked out with my IDP less than 15 minutes later. The AAA branch offers so many services! They were able to do my passport photos for the IDP for $9, they offer notary services, and the entire process was a symphony of teamwork that exceeded all of my expectations. I was able to get a membership, get my IDP, and learn more about AAA in less than 15 minutes. I never felt rushed, but instead felt that my time was being valued. I highly recommend AAA. This branch team is extremely efficient.
